Pricing FAQ
- How are seats counted?
- Billed on active seats only. A seat that tracked no time in a period is not charged — so you never pay for someone who was on leave or hadn't started yet.
- Do you do payroll or invoicing?
- No, permanently. We compute verified hours and hand them off. Export approved timesheets as CSV or XLSX, or pull them over the API, into whatever you already use to bill or pay.
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes — Solo is free forever for up to three seats, and includes score-only mode. There's also a 14-day trial of Business features with no credit card.
- Can we deploy in the EU or in healthcare?
- Yes. The GDPR-safe profile is free on every plan, and HIPAA-/GLBA-safe profiles ship on Enterprise. An unlawful configuration is blocked in the product, not disclaimed in a contract.
- What about regional pricing?
- List prices are in USD. Regional pricing is available for India, SEA, LATAM and Africa — talk to us for your market.
