Everyday use

Your activity and reports

Apps, sites and scores in My activity, and your own reports and exports in My reports.

Two pages show you what’s been recorded about your work, in exactly the detail your manager sees: My activity for apps, sites and scores, and My reports for summaries of your time and your approved hours.

Who can do this:MemberEveryone. Managers use the same reports for their teams under Workspace › Reports.

My activity#

Go to MeMy activity and pick a date range. You’ll see how your time split between active and idle, your scores, and which apps and sites you used.

My activity for the demo member.
PartWhat it means
Active vs trackedHow much of your tracked time had keyboard or mouse activity.
Productivity scoreProductive ÷ (productive + unproductive) active time. Neutral apps are left out, not counted against you.
Screen productivityProductive time as a share of all the time an app was in front of you. It never needs a screenshot.
MeetingsTime in apps and sites your workspace marks as meetings (for example Zoom or Meet).
By hour of day, CategoriesWhen you were active, and how your active time splits across productive, neutral and unproductive apps.
Apps & sitesTime per app or website domain, as recorded. Excluded apps (such as banking or health sites) never appear by name.

Scores are estimates, not verdicts

Activity level measures interaction, not value — low levels are normal for reading, design and calls. Productivity depends on how your workspace categorises apps, and below 60% coverage the score is shown as insufficient. Every formula is published: choose How every number here is calculated, or see Published formulas.

My reports#

Go to MeMy reports. It has the same reports your manager uses, limited to your own time.

My reports: your time by project, task or day.
TabWhat it means
SummaryYour tracked, active, idle and away time grouped by project, task or day, with filters for project, task, source and mode.
ProductivityYour productivity score by hour and your top apps, with the published caveat.
EntriesEvery entry in the range, one row each — handy for checking before you submit.
Worth a lookPatterns that might need a second look, such as a very long session or time outside working hours. These are prompts for a conversation, never verdicts.
Approved hoursThe hours that were approved on your timesheets — what your organisation exports.

Download a report#

  1. Set the date range and filters

The download matches exactly what the tab shows.

  2. Choose Export and a format

Pick CSV, Excel (XLSX) or PDF. Long ranges are prepared in the background — you’ll see “Preparing your export…” and then a download when it’s ready.

What your manager sees#

What the member sees

These pages show you everything your manager can see about your activity, at the same level of detail. Keystrokes are counted, never recorded; window titles and website addresses appear only where your policy allows them.

Questions#

An app is in the wrong category. Can I change it?
Categories are set by your workspace in App categories. Ask your manager or admin — changes apply to new activity within a minute and relabel the last 30 days.
Why is my productivity score shown as insufficient?
Most of your active time was in neutral or uncategorised apps, so there isn’t enough categorised time for a meaningful score.
Does a low activity level mean I’m not working?
No. Reading, thinking, design review and calls all have low keyboard and mouse activity. The score must never be the sole basis for a decision about anyone.
