Your screenshots

See every screenshot taken while you track, delete anything personal, and what your manager sees instead.

If your tracking policy includes screenshots, the desktop agent takes them now and then while you’re tracking. MeMy screenshots shows every one of them — the same images your manager can see — and, where your policy allows, lets you delete anything personal.

Who can do this:MemberEveryone. If screenshots are off in your policy, the page says so and nothing is captured.

See your screenshots#

  1. Open My screenshots

Go to MeMy screenshots. The description at the top tells you how often your policy captures (for example “up to 4 per hour”) and whether you can delete them.

  2. Pick a day

Use the arrows either side of the date to move between days. Screenshots are grouped by hour.

  3. Open one

Click a thumbnail to see it full size. Use the arrow buttons or your keyboard’s left and right keys to move through the day.

Each thumbnail shows the time, the app in front and the activity level at that moment.

LabelWhat it means
Number on the imageYour activity level (0–100) when it was taken. It measures interaction, not value — low is normal for reading, design and calls.
Blurred on deviceYour policy blurs screenshots on your computer before they’re uploaded; the sharp image never leaves your machine.
WebcamA webcam verification photo, if your policy includes them and you opted in.

When screenshots are taken

Only while you’re tracking, and never at the very moment a timer starts. If your policy asks for it, the agent shows a notification a few seconds before each one. Nothing is captured during private time, while paused, or outside your capture window.

Delete a screenshot#

  1. Open the screenshot and choose Delete

  2. Confirm with Delete screenshot

    The image is permanently removed.

Deleting is permanent.

Anyone who could see it — your manager, for example — now sees Removed by employee in its place, never the image. The time itself stays on your timesheet. Screenshots can also disappear because of your workspace’s retention period (“Removed by retention policy”) or an admin (“Removed by an admin”).

Your policy decides

If the page says “Your policy doesn’t allow deleting screenshots”, the Delete button isn’t shown. Ask your admin if you think that should change.

Webcam photos#

Webcam verification photos only happen if your policy includes them and you have opted in on MeMy data & privacy. You get a notification and see a banner in the agent each time one is taken, and the photo appears here labelled Webcam. See Your data and privacy.

What your manager sees#

What the member sees

Your manager sees exactly the screenshots on this page — no more. Deleted ones appear as “Removed by employee”. Screenshots are kept only as long as your workspace’s retention period, after which they’re deleted automatically with a signed receipt.

Questions#

Something private was on screen. What should I do?
Delete the screenshot here. For personal time in future, use Start private time in the desktop agent — nothing is captured while it’s on.
Why are my screenshots blurred?
Your policy blurs them on your device before upload, so they show the shape of your work without readable detail.
Can I download my screenshots?
Yes — Export everything (ZIP) on MeMy data & privacy includes all of your screenshot and webcam images.
